Both domains are currently down pending some necessary funding to warranty their existence. At the same time a new hosting platform/provider is sought due to the increase in technical and support problems with the provider that hosted the domains since their inception.
The Virtual Panama FIR is also hosted at virtual-aviation.info and for that reason we are sorry to say that this source of important information for the virtual (not real!) pilot and ATC in Panamanian virtual airspace will be missing until further notice.
Sorry for the inconvenience but I am unemployed and all the funding has come from my own pocket so far!
